William J. Quirk is Member/Owner of The Law Office of William J. Quirk, Esq., LLC located in Hackensack, New Jersey. He has been an adjunct professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College since 2011.
Mr. Quirk graduated summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Quirk then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2004. Mr. Quirk served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William Meehan (Retired) Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in Bergen County Superior Court from 2004-2005. Mr. Quirk briefly worked as an Associate in an Immigration and Criminal Law firm prior to founding Meehan & Quirk, LLC in 2008, until 2016 when Mr. Quirk became a solo practitioner founding The Law Office of William J. Quirk, Esq., LLC.
Throughout Mr. Quirk's fifteen-year legal career, he has practiced immigration law throughout the country. He serves a Public Defender for Palisades Interstate Court in Alpine, New Jersey. He has extensive Municipal and Criminal law background ranging from the defense of motor vehicle violations, drug charges, criminal issues with an immigration background, and DWI defense. At STAC, he has taught classes on Constitutional Law, Immigration Law and Criminal Law.
